We process account email, player name, characters, login identifiers, support messages, purchase and Top Up records, transaction hashes, IP/security signals and website activity needed to operate the service.
WHY WE USE IT
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver Points and purchases, verify blockchain payments, answer support, prevent fraud, operate events and rankings, and protect the website.
SHARING
We use service providers such as authentication, hosting, email and blockchain infrastructure. We do not sell personal information. Public rankings display the player or character name and approved Top Up total, not the account email.
RETENTION & SECURITY
Operational and financial records are retained as needed for security, disputes and legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and protected with audit records.
YOUR CHOICES
You may contact Support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some payment, fraud-prevention and audit records may need to be retained.
